Simple Introduction:
This production line is to slit stainless curling board,aluminium curling into different sizes of
board materials.
Standard facilities are composed of skipcar,decoiler,supporting press equipment,fixed device flatting machine,fixing ruler work platform,shearing machine,deliver work platform,pneumatic transvers bent,loading car,hydraulic system,pneumatic pressure system and etc..
The hydraulic system in the production line, is mostly adopted high precise parts from Taiwan, electrical controlling adopts the imported program PLS controlling and touching screen whole line, the flatting dynamo adopts DC motor which is from England Euro-Mainland company, equipping with high automation, good quality, stead stability,convenient operation and maitenance and other benefits.
