1.   Hydraulic material feeding machine:

1)       A couple of hydraulic rising device

2.         Material driving equipment

2)       Composed of: supporting shelf, gluey roller, hydraulic straight peen, hydraulic scoop head and etc.

3.         Guiding & Adjusting device

1)       Function: controlling jumpiness of the material in up, down, left & right direction with adjustment function in landscape orientation

2)       Composed of: two rollers in up & down direction and four guiding wheels which could do movement in up, down, left & right direction by turning wheel of guiding screw.

4.         5 rollers pre-leveling machine

1)       2 rollers are responding clamping and transmitting the material,

5.  Guiding & adjusting device

1)       Purpose: Controlling jumpiness in up, down, left & right direction with adjustment in landscape orientation which could make the material entering the slitting machine successfully.

2)       Composed of: Couple of rollers below & above and four guiding wheels left & right sides.

3)       Additional function: Turning the wheel to adjust the movement in up, down, left & right direction by guiding screw that could make slitting operation successfully.

6. Dividing slitting machine

1)       Composed of: Cutter shaft in up & down, flexible supporting shelf, fixed supporting shelf and transmission system.

2)       Width of cutter in this shaft: 2000mm,

3)       Power: Y-6-30KW,

7. Scrapping border rolling device

1)       Method of rolling: rolling border from left & right both sides which ensure the speed synchronization with slitting machine.
